Jimmy and Carmen went above and beyond the call of duty today. After putting down their own tarp and towels, Jimmy used a water jet machine to clear our line from under the kitchen sink all the way to the outside line. Jimmy is definitely a professional. Then they cleaned everything up so well we could not tell they had been here. We will definitely rely on LaCassa for our future plumbing needs.

The guys did a great job walking me through what’s potential going on, what options are available & make sense and transparent on pricing structure. Beyond that they help educate every step along the way so I’d know what’s going during the job and after they are gone. While running the camera in the main drain they had me right there talking through what they were seeing and offering suggestions along the way.
